Your smartcard information will be updated and confirmed within 48 hours after you complete the activation form below.
Please continue to use your old smartcard (starting with 0485) until “Access Denied” appears
on the TV screen, or “E-15” or “E-16” on the front panel of the receiver are displayed.
Once you see any of these messages, remove the old smartcard, and insert the new smartcard.
Authorization for the new card will take between 2-20 minutes.
