Your smartcard information will be updated and confirmed within 48 hours after you complete the activation form below.

 

1 ReceiverPlease continue to use your old smartcard (starting with 0485) until “Access Denied” appears
on the TV screen, or “E-15” or “E-16” on the front panel of the receiver are displayed.


2 ReceiversOnce you see any of these messages, remove the old smartcard, and insert the new smartcard.
Authorization for the new card will take between 2-20 minutes.
